Karen Price has been teaching Belly Dance at Wombourne Community Centre for 7 years but has decided it is now time to showcase the talents of her students and is hosting a show.
This show however not only features her troupe (shikidim) but also the best Belly Dance performers in the West Midlands.
That is not all…….The internationally known male Belly Dancer Ozgen will also be dancing.
The show will feature very diverse styles including Turkish, Egyptian (Saiidi and Caberet) Tribal Fusion, Gypsy, and fusions of Bollywood, Contemporary, Jazz and Flappers. There will be a bar and a small souk. Tickets are £10 each (£15 on the door – but I think the event will be a sell out as tickets are selling fast so get yours ASAP)
