We have featured

before on the Wombourne Online site. This time around we have a great success story for you.

Steve Allsopp 47, made the brave decision to change his lifestyle when his 16yr old daughter persuaded him to attend a spinning bike class at the Wombourne Fit2Gether. On finishing his first class Steve felt so energised decided there and then to improve his way of life.

At 16 ½ stone Steve’s goal was easy. Lose weight, tone up and have the quality of life he did have in his early twenties. In the past Steve was an avid squash player who even played at county level.

Steve enjoys regular spinning bike classes which cater for all abilities. He regularly uses the treadmill to give him more energy out of the gym and also uses all the toning and resistance machines which strengthen up his joints and increase suppleness.

Having now lost a fantastic 4 ½ stone, Steve is confident that if it had not been for the help, encouragement and motivation that David and the team at Fit2gether gave him he would not be the happy, body confident man he is today.
