I currently work for Artemis Wellbeing, Sandwell Leisure Trust and also run my own local, friendly, mat based group pilates sessions. Suitable for all fitness levels from absolute beginners right up to advanced. 1-2-1 sessions also available.

Classes at Bee Yoga in sedgley on tuesdays ( 9.15am, 10.30am & 6.15pm) all mixed ability.
