Living rooms are great to freshen up in the springtime, its great to update your main living space at the start of a new year. Warm, welcoming colors and summer florals are big news this year and can really make a style statement. A great way to add some style without too much hassle is adding a feature wall. Floral and pretty vintage designs are remaining popular. Greys and taupes for the other walls are very fashionable too right now as the base complementary colour.

Wipeable and hardwearing paints are essential to a modern busy family home. Lee, from Wombourne Decorating services recommends using Diamond Matt for a high quality, durable finish.
Lee also recommends Diamond white. This is a good color that can be mixed with anything from wall feature color or a feature wallpaper. He also uses Dulux paints for the exterior of the home. With the weather improving, having your external walls painted is great to do during March and April. You then have all summer to enjoy your great looking home.

Your Bedroom is the other great room to spruce in spring.
