Wombourne Parish Council is supporting the UK’s Small Business Saturday initiative by arranging a Treasure Hunt around the village centre on Saturday 5th Dec.
The treasure hunt will be “live” between 10am and 3pm, teams/individuals will be able to register between 10am and 1pm at Wombourne Civic Centre where there should be ample parking.
The hunt will take participants through the village and clues will direct you to shops/offices of local businesses. Once you enter the right shop you will be given a sticker and potentially you will also get a raffle ticket for a number of spot prizes which will be on offer throughout the day.
There will also be a prize for the winner of the treasure hunt, the winner will be judged on the number of clues achieved and time completed.
There will hopefully be refreshments and freebies and one off discounts for participants of the treasure hunt.
This will hopefully be a wonderful family event which will remind people about the wide selection of businesses we have on our doorstep in Wombourne.
