What’s more, Fit2Gether host the UK’s largest spin studio with over 70 bikes and a timetable of 14 classes running 6 days per week. The Studio is designed around a nightclub theme, giving atmosphere, but also discretion for those less confident.

Spinning is a high calorie burning class so excellent for weight loss but also low impact and good for the knees so suitable for all!
